Community Midwives

Midwives are based at Kildrum Health Centre and can be contacted on 01698 755237. Antenatal clinics - Ist Visits only on a Thursday, Antenatal Clinic for return visits on a Friday. Clinics are held at Kenilworth Medical Centre appointments can be made at reception or by telephoning 727816.

Community Nurses

Telephone: 01698 366217 Community nurses assess, plan and implement care to those housebound patients requiring nursing care together with two skill-mixed nursing staff.

Health Visitors

Health Visitors are based at Condorrat and can be contacted on 01698 687710 Health Visitors are senior nurses who have completed a degree in Health Visiting. Our service aims to promote the health of a whole community Practical support and advice is offered to a wide range of clients in a host of diverse situations including: • Health visitor drop-in consultation (Child Health Clinics) • Home visiting • Child development assessments • Immunisation • Bereavement counselling • Family stress • Working with groups • Depression
